In this episode of MPC, Carlos, Myron and Osei wrap up their conversation in the Confidant Stage, which is the last stage in the Fathering Well Series. The guys discuss how to conduct themselves during possible marriage plans with our sons and watching our sons walk out the foundation of our legacy.

The Confidant Stage typically occurs when your son has found his rhythm of manhood, whether that be settled in his career, married, or has established a family of his own.

The Confidant Stage is defined as your son’s matriculation in executing through wisdom, evolving in independence, and establishing legacy for life and generations to come. In this stage is where you as a father have succeeded in raising a son into a man who is responsible, disciplined and a positive contributor to society. You are the model that has covered your son, conducted him well, coached him where needed, and consulted him through life decisions.
